Sean Turner

Sean Turner is an artist from Richmond, Virginia, who graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts from the University of Kansas in 2016. Turner is driven by a love of materiality and works in a variety of mediums, including sculpture, fiber, installation, and text. His current research focuses on architectural ruins as a site of compressed time and imagination, and how this relates to the queer experience and queer identity.
