S.O.S. (System of Support)

A nationwide project connecting localities for support during COVID-19 & beyond

Socially engaged artist Jody Wood, MFA Expanded Media, launches the new project S.O.S. (System of Support) in response to our shared vulnerability. The project establishes a web platform SOSZIP.com, which connects people by zip code for immediate, concrete peer-to-peer help and care. It can be used anywhere in the U.S. In midst of COVID-19 this platform offers a way for communities to connect outside of social bubbles in the interim of accessing state support.
