The Metalsmithing/Jewelry area will be participating in this event.

Join us for the KU Carnival of Chemistry!…a free “drop-in” event for children and their families, Sunday, November 24, 2019, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM in the new ISB/CDS1 Integrated Sciences Building, 1567 Irving Hill Road, at the University of Kansas-Lawrence. 

Children and parents!  Check out the new science building while learning about the chemistry of Marvelous Metals and much more.  Check out electrolysis, memory metals, spectroscopy, catalysts, meteor and rock collections, the chemistry of blood, oscillating chemical reactions…and make your own “rock chalk!”
