Thinking about studying Visual Art at KU? Come get a look at life as a KU Visual Art student.

Your visit will include:

  • Tour of the studio areas in Chalmers Hall
  • Meet and chat with Visual Art faculty and current students
  • Tour campus - including KU's two top-ranked musuems
  • Get creative in one of the 10 available workshops:

    Symmetrical Wood Carving: The Lucet
    Woven Wire
    Radical DIY Publishing: Zine Workshop
    Palette Knife Fight: Impasto Self-Portraits in Oil Paint
    Basketry
    Digital Rabbits & Magic Tricks with GIFs
    Drawing Inside Out
    Fabric Printing

You'll get to work in the KU art studios with our faculty and students!
